We successfully carry out the electrical construction of complete buildings (industrial halls, warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, logistics and sports facilities, hotels, shopping centres, technology production halls, shops, rental properties, cinemas, power plants, solar power plants) from the preparation of offers to turnkey handover. In the course of our usually 400V electrical general contractor projects, we also undertake the production of distribution panels and switchboards, as well as the installation of building automation and low-current or ELV systems, as well as medium-voltage equipment or solar power plants, from quotation preparation to turnkey delivery, from design to commissioning, with maintenance and service on demand.

Between 2017 and 2024, we carried out electrical works on 22 projects worth over 1 million EURO each in a total value of ca. 50 millions EURO for direct Customers such as Mercedes Benz Hungary Kft., LEGO, IKEA, BMW or REHAU and Dürr, and we worked as subcontractors on various projects of Market, TAKENAKA, WHB, Strabag, DVM or Bernecker construction general companies and in the significant works of the general contractor KÉSZ Építő és Szerelő Zrt., which is part of the Group, such as the revitalization of Hungexpo, the renovation of the Pillár Office Building (Dózsa György Road) and KFK Office Building (Rákóczi Bridge, Buda Bridgehead), the Budapest Airport or the Parliament, and the various buildings of the Szeged Clinics (Biobank, Infectology, Ear, Nose and Throat Separate Supply Buildings). We have built Penny (Karcag) and SMP (Kecskemét) warehouses and several industrial production halls (REHAU, Újhartyán or Viterra Vegetable Oil Factory, Foktő). We had building automation and programming challenges during the construction of the Ferenc Puskás Stadium, the construction of the Illovszky Stadium (Vasas), the Biodome complex, office buildings, banks, or the installation of smart home or solar car charging systems in condominiums and residential buildings. 

We can carry on implementation of complete medium-voltage energy supply systems and have the knowledge and professionals necessary for the electrical installation works of industrial technologies.

We operate safely even in the face of occupational and fire safety challenges; We also have experience with works in confined places, with crane elevations or work at height, or with work in special environments. We do assembling with our own professionals and electrician brigades, can prepare and take care of the protocols and technical documentation in accordance with standards, and then we actively participate in the commissioning and training. 
 

We are also proud of our panel building/manufacturing division, we are licenced SIVACON (Siemens) and OKKEN (Schneider Electric) partners, with which we can serve even the most serious customers in the industry up to the 7000 Amper range. Our manufacturing business unit currently operates in two locations, in Budapest and Kecskemét, and we have a larger engineering office in Budapest. Our equipment production satisfies even the highest customer demands. (BMW (Debrecen), ECOPro (acid-proof environment), Dunamenti Power Plant (Százhalombatta), Hungaroring renovation (Mogyoród) are our latest references. Our goal is to develop into one of the largest production capacities on the market for the assembly of distribution equipment (0.4 kV building installation distributors and building management distributors). We are able to produce reliable products from product designs prepared by our own engineers and tender plans issued by electrical designers. Our panel builder capacity is significant, we are equipped to assemble hundreds of fields per year, as well as to meet individual, specific needs. Our main supplier partners are Schneider Electric, Siemens, EATON, Legrand.

Igény esetén cégünk önálló üzletágként az épületgépészeti automatika rendszerek (épületfelügyelet, BMS, stb.)  komplett kivitelezésében is részt tud venni. Kollégáink hosszú évek alatt ezen a szakterületen fejlesztették tökéletesre a tudásukat; legyenek azok a Siemens Desigo CC vagy a Schneider Electric ASP, ASB család termékpalettái. Programozó csapatunk bonyolultabb problémákkal is megbirkózik és egyedi megoldásokkal is szolgálni tud az igényeknek megfelelően (KNX paletta, S7-1500 PLC).  Kitűnő kapcsolatot építettünk mind a piacon ismert szakági tervezőkkel, mind az épületfelügyeleti rendszereket szállító hazai és multinacionális vállalatokkal. Vállaljuk komplett épületgépészeti automatikai és ipari irányítástechnikai rendszerek kulcsrakész szállítását, a tervezéstől egészen az helyszíni üzembehelyezésig sőt a garanciális időszakon túli felügyeletet, üzemeltetést is.

Gyengeáramos kollégáink gyakorta kiviteleznek komplett tűzjelző vagy komplex beléptető és kamera rendszereket különböző változatos helyeken: élelmiszeripari és vegyipari helyszíneken, magasraktárakban, de akár nagykövetség, állami hivatal, bank vagy börtön esetében is végeztünk már hasonló munkákat.

Cégünk több éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik napelemes berendezések tervezésében és kivitelezésében háztartási méretű, illetve kiserőművek kategóriában egyaránt. A mai áramszolgáltatói követelményekhez alkalmazkodva visszatáplálás mentes berendezések, vagy egyedi jellegű berendezések kivitelezése sem akadály, pl. napelemes fedett parkoló.

Minőségi napelem és inverter, valamint tartószerkezeti beszállítóink vannak közvetlen gyári kapcsolattal. A szükséges elosztó berendezéseket saját gyáregységünkben gyártjuk le I. osztályú minőségben. Külön hangsúlyt fektetünk a napelemes oldal biztonsági kábelezésére és védelmi rendszerére.

Karbantartás

Az elektromos kivitelezések során törekszünk arra, hogy az általunk befejezett és lezárt projekteken a KÖF és KIF berendezések karbantartását cégünk végezhesse. A megrendelő számára is az a legnagyobb biztosíték a folyamatos üzemre, ha a karbantartó cég rendelkezik megfelelő szakmai múlttal és jelentős helyszíni ismerettel. Évek óta végezzük partnereink legnagyobb megelégedésére irodaházak, diplomáciai épületek és országos szórakoztató központok hálózatának elektromos karbantartását. Természetesen külsős megkereséseknek is eleget teszünk, ilyen esetben felmérjük az egyedi igényeket és tájékoztatjuk a leendő partnereket a következő lépésekről.

A nap 24 órájában vállaljuk, hogy az általunk karbantartott létesítmények villamos hálózatára ügyeleti készenlétet is biztosítsunk. A szerződésben meghatározott kiszállási reakcióidőn belül cselekszünk, az élet és vagyonbiztonság veszélyeztetése esetén azonnali kiszállást biztosítunk.
