Scope of work
- Complete engineering and construction of the Butadiene Dosing System based on the customer's technological plan - wiring diagram.
- Engineering tasks: architecture, statics, mechanical engineering, electrical and control engineering, fire and gas alarm system, fire protection, HAZOP.
- Workshop tasks: prefabrication of steel structure-, pressure equipment
- Construction tasks:
- concrete foundations for newly installed tanks and mechanical installations
- modification of existing steel structure
- installation of tanks
- installation and insulation of piping
- installation of complete electrical and control systems
- installation of fire alarm and gas detection systems
- modification of existing extinguishing systems
Special circumstance:
- work involving a fire risk at an explosive atmosphere in operational chemical plant
- scheduling architectural and fire works during shutdowns
